Human Resource Management

This course offers skills and knowledge in labor relations, communications, personnel training and personnel management.

Entry Requirements

  • Enrollment for N4: N3 National Certificate or an appropriate Senior National Certificate (Grade 12) OR an equivalent Certificate / Introductory N4 Human Resource management.
  • Enrollment for N5: N4 National Certificate Human Resource Management OR any equivalent Qualification.
  • Enrollment for N6: N5 National Certificate Human Resource Management OR any equivalent Qualification.

Course Duration

  • One Semester per N level.
  • 18 months to complete N4 to N6.

  • Part-time Learners will be required to sit College based examination at the Campus for the term mark
