Circleway was established in 2011 in Bethal Mpumalanga with a strategic goal to bring quality education to small towns of Mpumalanga Province.

To date Circleway has four fully accredited TVET colleges in Arnot, Belfast, Bethal, Kriel and recently Witbank.  Circleway is registered with the following bodies: Department of Higher Education and Training; Umalusi; IEB; QCTO; TETA; EW Seta; CETA; AGRISETA; FP&M Seta; ServiceSeta.

From Nated Engineering studies to Business, from Abet classes to Artisan training, from Agricultural, Water treatment, Civil right through to Transport related studies, Circleway remains geared to provide quality and relevant training to the district of Mpumalanga.

Circleway operates the following divisions: TVET and Artisan training Colleges, Portable skills training, Mining Compliance training and Logistics studies, Aquaponics training and Discretionary Grant Project Implementation.
